You asked for it, so here they are: the Davey Wavey Workout Videos! Don't be fooled by their 20 minute length - these workout videos are jam packed with workout routines that will leave you sore for days! These videos don't require equipment, free weights or a gym membership. You can do these workouts at home, in the office, while traveling, or anywhere else.
There is a small, $US 5.95 fee for each video. I will use the money raised through this video to visit Australia for a month or two - it has always been a dream of mine. Thank you for helping to make my dreams possible. Of course, when I’m in Australia, I’ll be sure to blog about it!
A link to the video will be emailed to you immediately after your payment is processed (usually takes less than a minute). The file is a Windows Media (.wmv) file that can be played on your Real Player, Windows Media Player (you can download a Mac version), etc. I look forward to hearing your feedback!

My friend Nick (aka Scotty Dynamo) is a rower at his university. His workouts are incredibly intense and beneficial - I knew I had to share his routine with you!
As such, I'm thrilled to release The 20 Minute Rower's Workout with Davey Wavey and Scotty Dynamo. We had a lot of fun recording this workout (complete with rowing uniforms!) and I'm sure you'll enjoy incorporating it into your routine.
This workout focuses on the muscle groups essential for rowing including abs, legs and the upper and lower back. It's also a lot of fun.

Here's a workout video with a cause! 50% of the proceeds generated by the Total Body Workout go to my favorite charity: Family Equality Council. Family Equality Council works to secure equality for gay and lesbian families. It's a great cause and an organization with which I'm super involved. Let's make a difference!

| The Famous 20 Minute Ab Workout
It's the video that started it all! I first developed this abdominal workout while training in gymnastics and cheerleading during college. Before long, the entire team was using this workout to train. After college, I brought this workout to the gym where I currently teach. It has caught on like wildfire.

The Famous 20 Minute
Ab Workout Volume 2
By popular demand, I've created Volume 2 of the overwhelmingly popular Davey Wavey Ab Workout. This workout is a powerful addition to any workout routine that specifcally targets the abdominal muscles and obliques.
I recommend using this video along side my original ab workout as a way to introduce more variety in your routine. Use this video to push your limits.
While this workout can be performed with no extra exercise equipment, I recommend purchasing an exercise ball to supplement some of the exercises - and for an additional challenge. Exercise balls can be purchased at any store that carries fitness products, or online here. Alternatively, you could you a pillow in place of the ball for most exercises.

Ultimate 20 Minute
Leg (and Butt!) Workout
This is my favorite (and sweatiest!) workout. From first-timers to the advanced gym enthusiast, this is a great workout for all ages. Join me as we target frequently overlooked muscle groups and build stronger legs and glutes.
These exercises can be performed anywhere you go. Only a mat and a chair are needed. To take your workout to the next level, you can use dumbbells or bottles of water for extra resistance.

After using my 20 Minute Ab Workout, many folks emailed me to ask for a 20 minute chest and back routine. And thus, the Killer 20 Minute Chest & Back Workout was born!
Like the Ab Workout, all of these exercises can be performed at home without any equipment or weights. The workout is challenging - but it can be modified to meet all fitness levels.
