Thanks for doing the class, I wasn’t doing your workouts for a couple of weeks because yoga and work was getting in the way. So it was a nice way to get back into doing it. It was nice that you added the pillow section, I think I’m going to add it somewhere in the first 20 minute ab video
I thought it was pretty cool. I didn’t actually exercise this time because I just wanted to see how it was – but I definitely will next Tuesday. There were lots of people in the room, and not too many typing, so I think the purpose of the session was fulfilled. Also I appreciated that you took the time to answer some of our questions about fitness and stuff at the end too.
And thanks Jessica for helping out!

Great session Dave. Some constructive criticism would be that there was alot of video frame loss due to your upload speed. it made it hard to follow along.

Thanks man, it was fun. I think a little overview of what is to come would be good, so we can pace ourselves, and so we could have a good idea of how many reps you are going to do (see Nick’s note). Also if you could talk about where one would ‘feel the burn’ if the exercise is being done properly that would be cool.
I liked the pacing idea above.. just to add to that, maybe you can list wut ur gonna do before the workout in the chat to make it followable in case video goes out. Besides that, Great workout! Definitely looking forward to next week.

You keep a minimalist set-up for home. It’s perfect. A mat, pillow, etc. The less fuss, the better.
Don’t expect me to keep up with YOU, but I am learning new muscle groups and how to exercise them. Thanks very much to you and Jessica for tonight. Hugs-Don M
