Hell no!
Not necessarily, but I can live with it
i believe that my body is fine the way it is!
as long as i am happy!
i believe that my body is fine the way it is!
as long as i am happy!!
yes davey
i’m pretty much contented with how my body look right now…i’m just gonna have to keep working on it
No, I believe that I am at a very unhealthy weight and im only 15 going on 16 on may 3rd. Im very overweight.
At any other time, I would say no.
…But now, I know you’re right.
Promise me a hug one day, pretty please?
xo
My body is perfect for me, always… even though I’m 17 and also overweight… I have arms, legs, a functional brain… I’m pretty damn lucky… My fat content is what makes me unhappy… But that doesn’t make me useless… l like my body… but it needs some “fine-tuning”.
no …. i think alot of people will say yes but they are all thinking no i think even you davy would say no. people will always find something no matter what they say they cant but in their head they can.. i come from a goodlooking family so im lucky but i could still find things i want to change
After a short pep talk with myself, sure!
Oh hell to the no!
ummmmmm, hmmm. How do I say this? SHOOSH YEAH! When ur awesome like me, you learn that doubt is merely a product of me being too stupid to realize that I am perfect simply by remaining myself. No brainer.
I’m a model and I lost a lot of weight after I got a really bad stomach flu, and now I look kind of stringy. From a career standpoint, my body isn’t exactly ideal. Once this tight semester is over, I’ll start gaining weight and working out so hopefully I’ll get a body like yours soon, Davey
.
Simply put – no. I need to get to the gym.
I’m happy with the way I am, even though I’m a bit overweight. Although, I’ve noticed that I’m dropping the pounds because of joining swim team, and I’m actually eating MORE than before, because it makes me so hungry. Kinda convenient
I’m loosing wieght without dieting ^^ Practice is intense, though.
I have often thought about this question. I believe my body is perfect just the way it is… but it is not healthy. i am 17 and going on 300lbs. i look fine because of my height, and am not in any danger…yet. i know that if i keep my diet the way it is now, i will eventually get hit with something very serious. is it perfect the way it it…yes. am i healthy no.
I feel the same way about my body as I do my old favorite pea jacket. Sure its not the nicest jacket, maybe its had a button sewed back on and its frayed in a few spots, it has a few more stitches then it started life with. But threadbare as it is, when the wind picks up and the sleet comes whistling through my cold as hell province. I cant help but be thankful for its steadfast warmth and high collar. I guess my bodies the same way flowery analogies aside. I take care of it, and it returns the kindness.
One thing you should never be in life is complacent. People who are complacent never get anywhere that said my body is far from perfect but I progressively make choices to improve that daily.
almost..though to be insecure about it would be pointless, it is how is because of me..i’m also responsible for changing it..which is happening right now.
my mind however is whole other hilarious minefield!
Noooo!
Given that I’m in the process of change, yes. I’m modifying my shape after 42 years. Rome wasn’t built in a day, the remodeling job will probably be lengthy as well. But I’m in the right shape for today.
People say if you are miserable poor, you will be miserable when your rich. The same can be said about your body but this time in terms of looks. If you don’t like your body now you will still find imperfections when it’s ‘better’. It’s best to feel the perfection NOW.
My body is like a Stradivarius. It, looks great, performs beautifully, but, being a historic monument, needs lots of TLC, careful bowing, and lots of oiling.
Anyone need 20 pounds? I’ll give it to you.
Not at the moment, but I am working on getting it back into tip top shape.
That “#1 TIP FOR A FLAT BELLY,” is way to long, boring and repetitive. I cut it off after about 2 minutes.
No but i really need the motivation
absolutely not.btw-what is a banner for the Mormon religion doing on this blog site?its offensive to those that worked their ass off to defeat prop 8 in california.organised religion in the states is fascist crap-out with the mormons.
Not really. Always could be better…
I am able to, certainly, but I don’t. I’m well aware that my body will never be perfect, nor will anyone else’s. Perfection, like any judgement, is subjective and you’ll never meet everyone’s criteria for perfection. I don’t want a perfect body because I know that’s impossible. However, I would like to look in the mirror and be content with what I see. I’m not there yet but hopefully, with some work, I will be soon.
Davey Wavey…I am beginning to look at your body differently..and notice some things about your body that needs help..and I mean HELP!!!…so maybe you should cum back to my place in Jerszzy..and I will help get you back in shape..what say?..”Love “your” David
Actually, yes. Thank you for asking. :]
nope
Hell no, I really need to get back to the gym
I always had the chance to have a “dry” body with muscles before I do sport. I still don’t have fat around my belly but to keep my body in good shape is hard. Making a diet is not really the solution; it is exercise and exercise as often as possible (that’s the secret). Currently, I’m enough satisfied with mine. (lol, I practice self-satisfaction!!)
bye,
The sooner we learn to accept the body we have and live moderately, the sooner we will find peace within.
Well, let me continue my daily work out following your workout programs and I should be a bit happier with it in 2010. I enjoy my workout time and my workout coach isn’t to bad either, Thank you Davey Wavey
Davey doesn’t choose pictures. By the way, have you watched Latter day? Great movie.

yes,I am, after 6 days ,sick in St. Mary’s, it was a struggle to get well, man it’s good to be alive………
Nope, I don’t think it’s there yet
I am happy with my body, even though it’s not the world’s ideal. I’m not overweight or am I built like Davey, but I’m healthy and happy just the way I am!
I can believe that someone else looking in from the outside could see flaws that the naked eye wouldn’t see, and that my body has been what I’ve been making of it with the help of the universe.
My body is a work in progress, and shows improvement when I make an effort to improve it, which is the way it’s supposed to work.
Can we improve the environment; the quality of water and air and food, so that our bodies work better and heal faster? Most definitely.
Cheers!
My body ain’t perfect, but it could be a hell of a lot worse.
i am so unhappy with my body and even though i try loosing it i kinda think i will never be happy with my body . i want ur body davey it super nice and ur chest
Wow! Your birthday is a day b4 mine and we’re the same age… weird.
I think that my body is perfect the way it is. And when I get more muscular I’ll still be perfect. I made my body what it is, and it is supposed to bee a physical representation of me so it should always be perfect to me.
Certainly not, but it’s a lot better than it has been in the past.
I am not happy with my body, but I am working on it…
Able to, yes.
Do I? No.
I enjoy looking in the mirror because it deserved some recognized self pride. I swim regularly but in order to stay focused I imagine each lap as one more walk on the runway or I think about hair anatomy. Im also a little competitive so watching others swim I naturally feel like I need to keep moving. I like seeing the improvement, improve for the sake of improvement is fun.
Intellectually I know my body is perfect for me right now. It performs its function perfectly. I would prefer it looked differently and I’m committed to having it look the way I want it to look. Despite that, I’m happy with it as it is.
I was having a similar conversation with a friend the other day. If someone gives you a compliment before and after you lose some weight for example, the second compliment does not mean that you necessarily look better after having lost the weight, only that you continue to exude the same confidence about how you feel about yourself at your new size.
Perfection is an abstract that the phsycal self will never be able to reach.
Cheers!
The hell I´m not happy with my body…
But I don´t understand the idea of the questioning the entire comunity of the blog Davey, if you rarely respond to us…
Still this way, I believe that we are never happy whith what whe have, no matter what: Our bodyes, our cars, our houses, whatever… just because that is the human nature. Whe always think whe can get more…
An small tip: Get down form four pedestal, and sometimes answer or comment one or two comments from your blog, even if you already do it by e-mail…
Kisses…
no, I’m not.
lack of flexibility and slight overweight keeps me from having the wanted success in some things
No. And I don’t believe it ever will be.
definitely not perfect…nothing is perfect anyway (even though you can get really close to it)
anyway, I’m not really satisfied with my body even though there might not be too much to complain about
Yes! ofcourse I have a great body! 10+, its my brain that is messed up, I have epilepsy..but its under control..no seizures since July 2008…yay me!!!
I am beginning to accept the body I was given.
