Its funny that you posted this cus I just got out of my first relationship and was going to as you for advice. We broke up Sat. but I still love his. What I ended up doing is making sure in busy. If im not, i start thinking about his and start crying.

Thankyou for this post Davey, I was dumped not long ago, got the old “its not you” speech and lets be friends. I am trying to be his friend but it is so emotionally draining. Its hard to be the one who still has feelings. Can you please do a post on how to be a stronger person?? I feel so weak and useless.

I am right there with you. I just had a mutual bake up with my boyfriend. He has a lot going on in his life right now and i told him that I feel that he does not have enough time for me. So we broke up saying that we will remain friends and when things settle down for him we will get back together.
Just so happened that the next day was the day things settled down. I spent all week trying to be with him and it didnt work out. The next day, he had a big movie night with a groups of his gay friends. Then I find out that hes went to drove 2 hours to Orlando with them to go to a club and might do it again tonight.
I will always love him, but it seems that he is over me.
