Things just got personal.
Back when I first launched this blog, it was very much a journal. Over the years, as more and more people have tuned in, I’ve gotten away from those roots. The transition isn’t a bad thing – I’m very proud of this blog and the 250+ talky blogs that I have created.
But I miss sharing the more personal experiences with you. My original talky blogs weren’t fancy. But they were authentic, and they were real. I want more of that. And from the e-mails and comments that I’ve read, so do you.
At the same time, I don’t want to alienate the folks that enjoy the edited, articulated and glossy talky blogs that I now produce.
The answer was obvious. Today, I am thrilled to launch a brand-new YouTube channel: DaveyWaveyRaw. Through this channel, I’ll share videos of my personal experiences – and I’ll post them on this blog. I’ll sit down with friends. I’ll shoot the s**t. I’ll make it personal.

Very good bravo!!! I think its cool that you have decided to get personal again. When I started my blog a few months ago, I had no clue what I was doing. I had no subject matter, basically I had nothing. The only thing I could come up was talking about personal things in my life. I have talked much about friends, family and boyfriend. My family, bf and friends have been supportive. Sometimes I also post about politics,religion, man issues, gay issues or my home country, Italy. My blog has become so personal many people feel like they truly know my family. I must be doing something right since Feb. I have had over 12,000 visitors to my blog. Most of the comments are good, some not so good. In my blog I voice my opinions without pulling bunches or do I care if my opinions offend others, I am NOT politically correct. I don’t want to harm people who take issue with my bluntness or opinions, but I will not censor myself either. You are part of the reason I started my blog. I would read your blog and the comments left by us, and this gave me the inspirtation to step out on the plank and take a risk. So in closing I just want to say “Grazie” for a job well done-DM

i love the idea, when i first found davey wavey on youtube i went back and watched as many videos as i could….even the one of you catching your neighbor masturbating…and i like the more personal ones, but i like the polished ones as well……by the way did you get the term talky blog from ross the intern?

Just be sure you don’t let the OTHER one go by the wayside! How you going to decide what to post on the “other” channel and what to post on the new one? Do you really have time to do double duty? Are you going to post the links to the raw ones on here each time also? If you do, then what’s the point of having 2? Just some things to think about.

Davey Wavey in the raw literaly would be fun because on these sessions your not polished and in your underwear you’re nude covering up in a PG rating sort of way. That would get a lot of your readers some kicks and laughs. If you do it right you literally go out of your way with it. As an example your privates are hidden by fish in a fish bowl.I have seen this artsy fartsy stuff a lot and you really can make a farce comedy out of it.You could go all out a Kabuki nude in white make-up covered by a little fan. The possibilites are quite hilariousy endless. I could shanghai John Waters for ideas on it because he so loves this sort of thing.

No I’m not so PC either. If some one says “That’s Gay.” I say “No it’s f*g.” “Dude that’s not cool.”It is for me. Some people need to be potty trained like a puppy who shits on the rug you got to push his nose in it to make him stop bad habits.”
