Yesterday was quite the day!
I spent just over 12-hours of the day filming my next workout program: The Jock Workout. And no, the “jock” part doesn’t refer to a certain backless pair of athletic underwear. I’m not ready to play that card just yet lol.
It’s a jock workout because it’s the type of heart-pumping, muscle-building, high-endurance workout you’d experience as an athlete. Best of all, no equipment is needed – so it is totally something you’ll be able to do at home!
The location was amazing, though I honestly found it hard to get beyond the fact that it’s where The Fighter was shot – starring none other than sexiest man alive Mark Wahlberg (aka Marky Mark). And unlike my talky blogs, I had to enlist the help of a talented crew for the videos. It was a lot of fun working with the lighting, sound and camera people – they did a great job on what was undoubtedly a very long day for them. I can’t wait to share the finished product with you in June!

At any rate, I have a little post-video shoot tradition in which I indulged last night. I generally spend a month or two leaning down for a video shoot, which means going a long time without eating pizza. So, to treat myself, I picked up a pepperoni pie on the way home and enjoyed every last slice. There isn’t a leftover in sight.

Just an enormous LOL to the last ‘inappropriate’ bit made me and my freind cry laughing you can hear how excited davey is and also the lil kid within coming out brilliant! O yeah excited to see the new workout too sounds fab!

dude, it is funny (read: sad) how you are trying to break some illusion, while creating another, even bigger, one. it seems like deep in your heart you realize what is right, and thus would often preach about how it is important to be content about your body image. but yet you post all these revealing pictures to intentionally or un-intentionally promote vanity. i can guarantee you that posting these pictures/creating a masculine persona is nothing else but a way for you to feel secure. is that not ironic? most of your blog buddies are probably those struggling with insecurities, which ultimately you capitalize on

carry on the excellent improve your blog. I love it. Are able to use some other frequent updates, however am quite certain that you were given better or other activities like every one of us do.
