The sun is my thermostat: If it is out, then I’m warm. If not, then it can get a bit cool, but nowhere near the low 60′s. Too much heat bleed from other condos!

I have to disagree on the “Will factor.” I know he is cute and I am sure he is a fantastic human being, but as a guest on a video blog he leaves a lot to be desired. He never has anything to say or add to the conversation/topic and he seems uncomfortable in front of the camera. Poor Will.

You’ll love it up here in NY..Supposed to go down to -5 tonight (Thursday).
Down to -20 without wind chill in some parts of the state..Don’t think NYC is as cold though.
