I had an early-morning brain fart, and thought that today was Thursday. As such, I uploaded this week’s talky blog a day early!
This one was a lot of fun to film – though my toes have never been so cold in my entire life. Click below to enjoy:

Davey, this message is super powerful…many of the things people wanted to release I also struggle with and it’s thinking about them that makes you realize how important it is to let them go.
Thanks for another inspiring moment!!

That really moved me, very beautiful. I love the ocean anyway, so this really connected with me.
In our church, something we occasionally do during Lent is to have each person write on a small slip of paper things (or people) we have trouble forgiving or negativity we have difficulty releasing. Then the slips of paper are collected, brought up to the front, and burned. Our grudges and negativities are released into smoke and then to God, where all is reconciled.
It’s very healing, if you really put your heart into it.
Peace and the best for you this new year Davey! God bless!

Great stuff.
If you ever get a chance, pop by my blog – I am struggling to wash away the negativity that was 2010. I’ve been told to take up Yoga but you know what, I don’t think that will quite cut it.
I should have every reason to be the young confident and out going person I usually am but I seem to have lost it all over the space of a year. Now I’m bogged down with anxiety etc… its all getting to me.
Is over coming this as easy as writing words in the sand? No, but there must be a starting point – a point A I can turn toward point B from right?

Please add “Lost love” to the list. It is time for me to move on, but I don’t know how to get my heart to do so.
January 14, 2011 at 2:32 am

I probably make to many decisions based on it…

I have just discovered your blog and it’s amazing and it is just some light in this world! For my part, I want to release myself from the prison of my life… I am gay and my parent are never going to accept it and the day I will tell them this, my universe is going to fall and yes I want to tell them that but I don’t want to hurt them so I am kind of in a prison… Your blog makes me feel that there is an opportunity for me to get out of this prison but I still don’t know how. Thanks for all the intense messages you communicate with this blog and good luck for the future!
