There is a lot of information online about the “eat like a caveman” diet, some positive and some which describes it as a fad by government organizations. Worth doing some research on.
Does this whole eating like a caveman thing mean I have to club my dinner to death & drag it home? Cause I just got my nails done. So, will someone do the clubbing of the woolymamouth for me? Pretty please.

I just want to say that you have given, according to me, among other advice, a very good one : to privilege food with low GI or medium GI. It’s “the top” when preparing to sport and also because it has significant results on losing fat, but not only . I won’t say too much ; I prefer that blog buddies read your e.book.
bye,
ps : I always knew you were a professionnal when making your videos, I should have had say that you’re clever, yes, very clever!

ok. Davey, if you’re going to Australia try the kangaroo staek. I know it might sound grose but in reality it’s fanflipintastic( that’s my word fyi) have a great trip
Dan, i luv your “discriptive-variation” of the word: fantastic; Supah-Kewl !’ And i also wish you, Davey, and Chipotle a “Safe-Trip” to Australia, or will “She” be staying-with your parents? Nevertheless, “Happy New-yeah(year)” to “you” Davey, Chipotle and all-the-rest of your family-and-friends; as-well-as “All the blog and chat-room buddies.” And to echo so-many-others here and in “The Chat-Room”: Thank-You Davey, for “All” that you “Do for us !” Love and Peace, – - – davvi
Where does meat fit on the glyceimic index cuz I eat like meals with 65% meat and 25% potatoes or white rice, and 10% vegetables is that good or bad? And I eat large quantities as well. I don’t worry about my weight thought cuz I’m 6′ and havent weighed over 168 lbs in over 10 years.
Oh yah I don’t make New Years Resolutions cuz I can make a
resolution any day of the year and I do make many throughout
a year, lol

P.S. I kinda did this year though just to quit smoking cuz it’s not a very good influence for the children and quit drinking cuz I hate hangovers and Clarissa and I to start jogging together again, and get the children involved in something extracirricullar cuz they won’t go to public school so if we get a head start maybe when they have to take high school finals in 16 years they will blow everyone away, hahahaha lol
