Obviously I couldn’t write this post without making a bad “lei” joke.
For those of you who weren’t able to tune in for last night’s episode of Davey Wavey LIVE on BlogTV, here’s the big news: I’m going to Hawaii! And you’re coming along (at least virtually) through my blog posts and videos. I can’t wait to share the experience with you.
I’ll be staying at Kalani, a gay-friendly retreat surrounded by the Pacific Ocean on one side and tropical forests on the other. Next to Zac Efron and Tom Brady, there’s nothing else I’d rather be sandwiched between.
During my 8-day stay in late October, I’ll be participating in the men’s yoga retreat. It will be a great way to stretch my body, connect with others and spend some time in lush paradise.
I’m not really sure what to expect, but I do have the intention of being barefoot and shirtless as much as possible.
But wait, there’s more: I’ll be spending most of September in Toronto. I just can’t seem to get enough of my friends up north. I’d also like to host my first-ever Toronto blog buddy meet up! Any ideas? Shall we do a cook out? Or give away free hugs to confused passersby? Or perhaps a massive flash mob on Church Street? Let me know what tickles your fancy in the comments below.
