  1. eee! The Dark Knight was SOOOOO good.
Though the scenes with the joker were a tad scary, I still had to watch through the spaces of my fingers covering my eyes!

  2. I haven’t seen The Dark Knight.. But I saw Hancock (twice actually) and I enjoyed it quite a bit.

  3. I heard that Hancock wasn’t very good, Wall-E is definatly worth the trip. It made me cry :-)

  4. Omg! I have to say The Dark Knight was pretty fabulous! :D

  5. I hvnt seen the Dark Night…R.I.P Heath Ledgar

  6. Hancock was crap and required far too much explaining to make sense. I got very very bored.

Dark Night was amaaaaaaaazing! And I swear if you didn’t know the joker was Heath Ledger you quite easily not realise. He should totally get the oscar.

I also quite enjoyed Mamma Mia! Not as good as the stage show and Pierce Brosnan couldn’t sing if his life depended on it, but good summer fun all the same, but I’m an Abba fan so I’m biased.

    • I loved Mamma Mia! I saw it a few days ago, and I also saw the musical in London like two years ago and the movie did not disappoint.

I see what you’re saying about Piercy but that actors were still all great.
The girl from Mean Girls (the daughter) surprised me!
      She’s great.

    • Yea I was well impressed with her, very good singer, sang Gimme Gimme Gimme really well in particular I think. Was annoyed they cut Under Attack from the movie tho its one of my fave songs, but seemingly dream sequences look a bit too tacky in movies.

  7. OFFTOPIC:
This was weird. I was reading your blog and then all of a sudden I heard someone coffing … I thought it was one of those damn adverts that automatically start playing until I realised it was you, lol.

  8. Thanks for the heads up, I was actually a little interested in Hancock – but after reading some of these comments and seeing your opinion I might save the trouble.

I really really want to see The Dark Knight and everyone is going crazy about it, so it seems like that’s gonna be amazing!

Hope you had fun at da moooovies Daveh.

  9. I was just wondering how many times your get asked to be ones boyfreind…too bad for me. I’m 36 (and old)-LOL

Now if I could just post a picture…hehe

  10. The Dark Knight was the best batman movie ever made!

  11. Dark Knight was awesome! Get Smart was funny too. :D

Can’t wait for next summer with Terminator: Salvation and Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. :)

  12. Dark Knight – out of this world good!

Haven’t seen Hancock – and might wait for the Netflix after some of the comments.

Thanks and have fun on Tuesday!!!

    Ciao – J

  13. ‘WANTED’ OMFG LOVE IT!!!!

  14. You must have been drunk! Hancock was a good flick. So was The Dark Knight and Mama Mia. Damn I watch way to many movies. HAHA When is Davey Wavey hitting the big screen. Hope it’s a triology. My question to you is, who would play you in Hollywood? Chow.

  15. Haven’t seen yet… Heath Ledger… Sooooooo HOT!!!!!

  16. were u on drugs? or you have something against blacks? Hancock is great and totally stands out..
The Dark Knight is predictable, and mediocre… just hype
btw, your tits are getting saggy, you should do more pecs workout

  17. You are too late…..i am already saw it and you have right.
But today i am going to see The dark knight and i hope i could agree with you again:).
    Have a great day!

  18. Dark Knight is way….good!!!

I didn’t think that Hancock was that bad…they just kind of beat around the bush too long to explain where his powers came from.

  19. I ‘m going to watch both films anyway!!!!!

  20. I did see Hancock, but am a Will Smith fan. I do have to say, it wasn’t his best film, but I don’t think it was awful; just not the best.

As for Dark Knight; everyone tells me I need to see it; however, I’ve heard the first 45 min or so are slow. A lot of talking and no action. Slow = bored = not finishing the movie.

  21. I vote for Mamma Mia and see it with family/friends. It’s just pure fun, fun, fun.
